I don't see why it wouldn't have a memory seat but for suspension I think it's the same setup as the bZ and the Solterra for the most part but with better shock absorbers.
2023 Lexus RZ450e electric SUV a step closer to showrooms
The first dedicated electric car from Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus has been unveiled in production form ahead of expected showroom arrivals next year.

As with the Toyota and Subaru electric-car twins, the Lexus RZ450e uses MacPherson strut front suspension and trailing arm double-wishbone rear suspension.
However, Lexus says the RZ450e has “frequency-reactive” shock absorbers which “alter the damping force on the extension stroke in response to road surface … input” to better blend comfort over bumps and handling in corners.
The RZ 450e's width of 74.6 inches is with the mirrors folded.
