Lexus sent out another reminder today about the reveal on Wednesday. I'll paste the press release text below, but the new teaser image of the rear 3/4 view is the best part!

Any word on when reservations will open for the U.S.?
Haven't seen anything for the U.S. yet but I expect us to see them open in June 2022. When that happens, we should see this page get updated to include a reservation form: RZ. For now, your best bet is to try getting on a waiting list at your local Lexus dealer.

It'd be nice if they open reservations after the reveal. But given what's happened with the bZ and Solterra it seems like it'll happen a bit after the reveal.

Underwhelming preview. IMHO. Lot of BZ, some thrown in NX layout, likely 310 total hp direct-4 dual motor, 225 mi range. Optional yoke steering wheel, dimmable panoramic ceiling glass. One gets the feeling Lexus is being conservative putting quality/durability over bells/whistles. Left unknown, interior size, speed, charging times, etc.... First blush reveals a BZ with different paint job. There's a lot left unknown. Not impressed with this reveal.

I think we can surmise that the battery is the Panasonic one used in the FWD bZ4X that can charge at up to 150 kW. Solterra and bZ4X AWD customers relegated to 100 kW are wondering, "What the...?"
